For most people in Jamaica, and around the world for that matter, music is one of the best sources of relaxation; it grabs a hold of our heads and boldly massages our temples, refusing to release its spell until we give in and let go of all the grime of the day. When I listen to music I hear words of encouragement and inspiration. I hear drums, and envision a dance or a chant of humans flowing as one. Music can also take me to a place of total peace and tranquility, where there is just me and nature; trees, flowers, fruits, birds, lizards, butterflies, dragonflies, and my girl.
When I hear music my body responds automatically to the rhythms and soon I am dancing; soon I am flowing, spinning, twirling, and smiling. When I hear music I am happy.
Check out the different experiences these three men are having while listening to music. This is a perfect example of when music starts playing…real, inspirational, and soulful music…there is absolutely no way anyone can remember the matrix of the day…’so hit me with music’.

One good thing about music,
When it hits, you feel no pain.
So hit me with music, yeah,
Hit me with music.
Brutalize me with music.
